Pinup Wheel select flipper sound fx gone?

The flipper sound fx when scrolling through the wheels is gone missing?

None of my pinup menus have the sound fx anymore.

 

Any idea how to get this back?

So it randomly works, I don't understand this lol.

Another I got figured out.  I have been slowly working on getting my exciters set up so I have been messing with system sound settings.

I changed the system sound back to stereo sound (Left and Right only) and not 7.1 and boom! Sounds are back!

Hope this helps others. This was driving me AS!
