after install, wizard display settings cant open. 0xc0000142

Hello guys.

I am totaly new with virtual pinball, in the past i had a arcade cab with soms pinball tables.
After doing 10 years nothing i was interested in play some pinball.
on the internet i see now better frontends and the baller installer aio.

Last week i was playing with it for the first time, everting was fine except my settings but that was something to figure out.
In meanwhile i screwed something up ion the computer so i did a clean install of windows 11 pro 64 bit.
Now it install flawless but in the wizard when i want to set up the display positions i get an error. pinupdisplay.exe cant start 0xc0000142.
Also i see an error like cant load video driver and no wheel bar found but i saw that only a couple of times.
(pinup menu player could not start display driver) (pinup menu player acces violation at adres 009508b9 read adress 000000018

What can i do about it.

What i have done: uninstall NVidia display driver and a clean install.

                                      set my monitor on 1920x1080 instead of 2560x1440

                                      New baller installation.
                                      Tried on c drive and d drive.

                                       installed the may update
The hardware i use:
                                        i913900k

                                        rtx13900

                                        ddr5 32gb 7200 (it worked last week on 6800)

I hope i got the help because i played stand alone tables and i think i am new addicted to it.
