Adding a 2nd WS2811

So I am adding a 2nd WEMOS board and having issues with it working when I play a game. It will flash red green blue when you first start a game for its test but won't flash in the game. If you look at the video the 2nd board is the front-facing speaker led. In DOF I have it set up and the 2nd WS2811. It creates a 31.ini file. Has anyone rain into this issue?
