Activated and what not, installed tonight and I feel like I messed something up... 

 

Could this be a cable from the dataeast controller to the pin2dmd board backwards?

 

Kinda looks like colors are inverted?

 

Or something else?

Power and Data seems correct if you're getting an image of the game. Looks like the colour file is either not installed correctly or something to do with the files or a setting.

 

What files did you use? For real pin you need the .pal and .fsq - the VPIN files won't work.

.pal and .fsq perhaps I need to reload it.

 

From non activated I didn't do anything loaded files and it auto configured to data east and loaded the file. I never touched settings.

Activation is needed before it will load the colour files.
