pinup menu changes volume balance

I cannot for the life of me figure this out.

For some reason, one of my SSF speakers is louder than everything else. So I change the Balance in Windows - Sound - Speakers Properties - Balance.

L - 80

R - 80

C - 80

Sub - 80

RL - 40

RR - 80

SL - 80

SR - 80

Everything works fine when running through standalone VPX.exe, but as soon as I start PinUpMenu.exe, the volume of RL goes to 73 for some reason.

In PinUpMenuSettings.exe I have changed  the following in Global Settings:

Startup Volume level: -1

Script - VolumeChange=0

But it happens no matter what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well....I changed the RCA cable to my amp and the loud speaker is no more....

still not sure why pinup is changing the volume though.
