Spy vs Spy Player Selection Screen

Hey guys,

 

Recently I discovered that my Spy Vs Spy table no longer displays the screen that instructs you how to create a player vs player game. I can still select the game type by pressing the plunger button. However, i really would like the screen to display for those that select the table who are unaware. I'm not really sure when or why this stopped displaying. Has anyone else experienced this before?
