VPX Slow Loading Table 1st Time

Ok so I open VPX and pick a table. I then click play table. It takes 1 min 45 seconds until the table loads. Now I close the table but leave VPX open. I pick the same table or any other and click play. Now it takes 7 seconds to load the table. 

Does anybody have any ideas how to resolve this. All windows defender is turned off. I've added exceptions to folders just in case. When starting the game it gets to Starting Game Scripts.. and that's where it sits until it finally loads. If I click on that window or VPX it changes to not responding but eventually loads.

 

Used baller installer to install. Everything worked fine for a couple of days and now this happened. I don't know why it changed. Any ideas how to fix it?
