Space Shuttle Table Frame Rate (Locked?)

I noticed that my frame seems to be locked at my monitor refresh rate (120 Hz) with this table (only this table). I verified with another user who has a 144Hz monitor - and his is locked at 144 Hz. I'm thinking this isn't a coincidence. Is there something somewhere in the script for this table that is doing that? It seems odd to me. The table isn't 'jerky' or anything like that, I am just wondering why I see tables with frame rates as high as 450, and yet this table wants to lock it at monitor refresh rate.
