Playfield and backglass swapping on restarts

Happens in vpx and fp.  Baller installer install, sometimes after a shutdown or restart the displays are swapped or messed up in vpx.  Windows keeps the monitor identities the same, and they are still correct in the pinup interface.  If going into pinup screen setup everything is always correct.  Monitor numbering and specs seem to the same/correct in vpx if you open it without popper (still messed up inside or outside the front end).  Advise?
