Pin-up Popper sound issues

When I run my tables in VPX the sound is perfectly fine but when I run them through pup the flipper and machine sounds are very loud and the in-game music is very quiet. 

 

I've looked all over the pup set up and config and can't find anything, anyone got any ideas?
