Why does it say. "You are not permitted to download this file" on some files...this one in particular?? I am about 2 months new to this hobby and first time I have encountered this issue, thanks

Nice pack but the attract videos play sideways within the BG frame, the strangest thing is that videos like 'ball-saved' play in the frame in the correct orientation.
