Tao Board Matrix not working

Hi all, I'm hoping someone has experienced this or can help out as I'm stuck and unsure how to proceed.

 

I am using a ZebsBoards Tao Board and I’m running into some issues. I keep bothering Steve so I wanted to check here first.

Problem 1 - I have the side playfield LED Lights working, however My LED Matrix isn't working,

I have checked that I have 5v running through the Entire Matrix, and I have it set up as the Manual Instructs, With its own dedicated 5v Power Supply, the ground connected to both the V- on the power supply and the Ground on the Tao. and the DATA running to the DATA 4 Terminal on the Tao board.

As a check I swapped out the Side playfield Data2 , and then in dof tester the Matrix lit up as if it were the side Playfield LED. Any Idea on where my problem Lies?

 

 Problem 2 - after a game or 2 I seem to lose some of The Solenoids Responding to triggers?
