proc tables no dmd

I have a few proc tables, and although they play well, I've been unable to get the DMD to show up. On CCC, however, that table came with a set-up file and the DMD is showing.

Hi fourbanks,

I placed my proc game folders here... Including all setting files. You need to fit them to your setup of course

proc folders

 

Tell me when finished, so I can remove them soon...
