Hello

As VNI/PAL seems to be deprecated, for the authors (ONLY) who would like to convert their VNI/PAL to Serum, I have created an little program that performs an initial conversion. It only grabs the static colorization, no mask nor dynamic colorization, but it represents an important part of the work, so it would help a lot.

Don't hesitate to contact me by PM and I'll share the little software.
