Pizza Time PUP Issue

So, I posted this on FB to a couple groups but thought I would post it here as well since no answer was found. The first time I run Pizza Time in Popper or simply from VPX, the BG overlay loads but none of the video elements play. This includes any video elements on BG or DMD.

 

Once I close the table down and kill/close the PinUpDisplay.exe, I can relaunch the table and it plays just fine. As mentioned, it does not matter if I run the table from Popper or VPX. Also, I am running the latest official releases of all software. This serms to be a newer issue that started after updating. However, since multiple elements were updated over time, I can't pinpoint exactly when it started.

 

Any insight would be appreciated.
