Install & Setup Guide for Tables with PuP Packs?

Looking for guide on how to install and setup tables using a PuP-Pack.  I searched YouTube, on the PuP web site, google, etc. Nothing I found answer the below questions.

1. what does a PuP-Pack automatically setup and what does it not (wheels, etc)

2. how to know if you got the right files and all of them

3. where to copy random files that might be with the tables, like wheel images, music, etc

4. what to name the PuP folders (or not to rename them) thx for the help!
