DMD mp4 help

I recently tried to add a video mp4 to the DMD space instead of a redundant DMD as there is one located on the backglass (king kong) . 
 

I basically made a pup pack and chose force on under DMD in the pup editor. 

 

The issue is that it takes 30 seconds for the mp4 video to play and the original DMD pops in for a few seconds then disappears and the mp4 video resumes. 
 

my question is how to remove the DMD so the video will play smooth from the start without interruption

 

would choosing go hide the DMD in the table script work?

or maybe dragging it to the back glass them hiding it work. Just some ideas.
