Help with pup pack triggers

I may have made a crucial mistake, I changed the files at the bottom of the pup pack files from there original program on what they are, or I guess I should say what opens them, and I can't get them back to the original program.

They are the playlists, screens, and triggers.

I don't know if this is my problem, just guessing, but the videos are not playing, for instance when the ball is lost there is nothing playing

I wish it was that simple, but I did that and now they come up with the last thing I have used to open the files and all new downloads come up the same, thanks for the response though.
