Oops Can't find Doflinx.ini Configuration File

I have my PC set to load Popper on start up. Every time I reboot I get the error:  Oops Can't Find Doflinx.ini Configuration File.  The .ini is in the Directoutput folder.  One I click through the error and then click on the Doflinx.exe file it opens with no problem and everything seems to be working fine.  I have gone through set up again step by step and that didn't fix it.  It's not preventing me from playing, but is preventing me from just booting right into Popper, which is not great for my other family members.
