samcat
I was hoping someone could help me with an error I'm getting. I recently upgraded to v10.7.2 on my system with the updated core.vbs v3.59. After upgrading I'm getting an error loading a few tables. The error is: Runtime error ------------- Line: 1 Object doesn't support this property or method: 'Controller.ROMName' When I comment out the line "rom = controller.ROMName" in core.vbs, the tables load correctly. I am not a programmer by any means... so bear with me as I'm trying to understand what this does. Can anyone tell me what the subroutine NVOffset by Koadic does, specifically what the "rom = controller.ROMName" is? I have not seen that variable before. If it helps, two of the tables I'm having problems with are NFL-PACKERS (nfl rom) , and TRON Classic (panther7 rom). Also, would leaving it commented out adversely affect other tables? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, samcat
Content Provider xenonph Posted November 16, 2022 Content Provider Share Posted November 16, 2022 @samcat Update your B2S Server Program to newest. Otherwise you will get those errors. If you update to the new Core.vbs, you need to update your Backglass Server program. samcat
Well... It's been a bit more than a few days... but I finally got a chance to upgrade my B2S server to version 1.4.1-97905d7-Release-win-x86. Everything appears to work correctly for all tables that have a b2s and a PUP Pack. Thanks again xenonph for the heads up on this one!!! samcat
