Subscription fee cleared account, but I'm still restricted to the free level

My bank account shows my recent subscription fee has cleared my account, but I still have download limits of a free membership on my profile. Are there other steps I need to do to get it applied to my account?

Thanks for bringing this up.  Looks like the processing system hit a snag on Oct 12. I have fixed your account.  Should be good to go.
