Socket Error 10060

Hello,

 

This morning I was trying to add wheel media to one of my tables and received an error socket error code 10060 timeout. 
 

has anyone experienced this error? I noticed other forums and posts showing a error code 1101 but not 10060. 
 

any help would be appreciated.
