SOLVED - Failed to create libOVR session: -1007 Error

Trying to get the Oculus 2 working for VPVR and getting "Failed to create libOVR session: -1007" error on table launch. Tried several tables, same result.

 

I am using Open Composite, and VisualPinballX_GL is showing that as the default.

Connected via Genuine Oculus Link cable (what a ripoff)

Unknown Sources is ENABLED in Oculus Settings

NVidia GeForce RTX2070 (Notebook) Video Card - (I'm trying to get this working on my laptop before attempting it on my cabinet machine)

solved my problem

DUH!

Gotta have the Oculus 2 on and ready before you launch the table. Seems obvious enough, but then again, it's hard to have the headset on and manipulate the laptop at the same time.
