Updating Tables

How do people update their tables in popper when a new version comes out. Is there an easy way. I like to keep the version in the name and I feel it's a little cumbersome to update.

After you put the game in the tables folder
Go into game manager on the left click the game
Then at the top click on Import Data
Then click Rename Current Game Manual Entry

I really wish i understood what all the definitions of puppacks screen actions mean.  for example , the differences between show, force on, pop back etc. the wiki kind of makes them sound the same for some of them.
