Pinup Popper - Delay on EmuExitCount

I've set EmuExitCount to 2 to prevent mistake, and I'd like to know if there is a way to put a delay, like if I use button 2 times in 2 seconds, it exit.

Actually, if I press exit once, then press again after whatever delay, it exit.
