Thought I would piggy back on this rather that start a new topic.

 

There is one on the Internet Archives database - approx 1gb.  Downloads fine but never opens / corruption.  Anyone have a link / upload for this pup?

 

Would be greatly appreciated - I have a few files if anyone is looking for anything else to share
