Been away for 12 months and curious about VPX 10

Hi everyone. Finally building the cabinet after 12 months of being away from the hobby, and curious as to which version of VPX I should be using now. From memory 10 was in beta and it was often suggested to wait until it came out of beta before installing. Also, are there any resources for updating from 9 to 10?
