Possible to change Pinup Popper menu game and emulator name?

My screen goes behind the lockbar.  It doesnt interfere with play but I cannot read game info without leaning.

Is there a way to move the position of the text that shows at the bottom of the menu?  I would like to move it up a few inches or put it on the top.
