Updated directoutputconfig40.ini But not changing Ports etc

Title speaks for itself. My config file is not updating my settings when i put the files from the zip folder into my config folder. Keeps old settings for Dof COnfig tool. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

Solved. Had an directoutputconfig40.ini file in my tables folder that was causing havoc. Was seeing that one I guess. Dang. Caused me hours of woes. Oh well, learned something new...
