Can't play Pizzatime in Pinup Popper anymore

Not sure what happened. Didn't change anything. Worked for a couple of years and now it won't play in pinup popper properly. Tried reinstalling same problem. Doesn't play the pup media or close properly when exiting from popper front end.  Anyone else have this prob?
