Still Pending approuval ... please delete it , approval

Hello everyone

I have upload a new content, everything is alright but my creat is always in pending approval.

This is my first contribution maybe i do something wrong.

i can see my table's page,  download the files and add comment.

 

Files are 75 and 145 MB (220 total)

In my profile there is nothing in "My attachements"    You have used 0 B of your 48.83 MB attachment limit

I exed the 48MB limite is it the problem ?

 

If someone can help me about this probleme.
