Issues with Pinup Popper? Pinup Popper config?

When I start a game in pinup popper there are three things that occur. The topper (on a fourth screen above the backglass) will freeze and not run the topper loop that I install. The backlass also freezes. In addition, no pup packs will run.

I am a loss as to where to start troubleshooting, realize that it is probably a configuration error.

Should I just move files such as pupvideo out of pinup popper, un-install popper and re-install? Or are there other things I can try first
