I have cancelled my Subscription to upgrade, now there is no way to upgrade??

Silver will expire in 2 weeks so i canceled Subscription in paypal, i wanted to go to gold Subscription.

Any help?

Now my  Subscription has expired and there is no way to upgrade or even renew my  Subscription!

I s there a moderator on this site than help with my problem?

How/Who to contact?

Did not want to renew my subscription (unemployed) and cannot afford the renewal this year.
Subscription was auto-renewed.
Need to revert.
