I’ve checked my junk folders and have tried resetting for days with no luck. I need to update DOF for some of the new tables. Anyone have advice? I'm having the same issue, haven't logged into the tool for over a year and wanted to update, and no email sent when trying to reset password. Not sure how to fix.
