Hi, I am just having some trouble resetting my password for dof config tool. I enter my email address but im not getting reciving the email. (checked spam etc). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Same issue here. I’ve checked my junk folders and have tried resetting for days with no luck. I need to update DOF for some of the new tables. Anyone have advice?

Was this ever resolved for you? I'm having the same issue, haven't logged into the tool for over a year and wanted to update, and no email sent when trying to reset password. Not sure how to fix.
