Jubilee back glass single monitor

Growing up my family had a Jubilee pinball machine (dont laugh :) ) - I was very excited to see this available here so thanks for that!

 

I am having 1 problem with this table and a few others that have incredible back glass setups.  I only have 1 monitor so the back glass shows up behind the playfield.

 

I have some other tables like Ballys Circus where the scoring table is off to the right.  Is there some way for me to make an adjustment with Jubilee which can show the scores with the playfield up on a single display?  My display is rotated to give it a bigger playfield.

 

I am using VPX
