Multiple keyframes

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to do another colorization and I have a question.
I have frames which are triggered by multiple keyframes as you can see in the image.

I don't know if that's correct, but is there a rule to figure out which of the two keyframes has the upper hand?

Ok, I always try to avoid this.

But in this situation it would have been useful to me. Is there a way to understand which keyframe prevails?
