Pinup Player Triggers

I am having an issue in where pup videos will launch at start, but they will not trigger events. 

 

For example the "Elvis" table will start playing background video, but when you start the game it just loops, no trigger events, like lost ball or TCB clips. 

 

This was working...lol and now it is not.

 

I know this is an exhaustive topic, but it would be helpful to hear some suggestions if possible.
