I need your help if possible - bought a real pinball machine "HRC" High Roller Casino from Stern, from 2001 - looking for the colorization files from the DMD field ( a colored Dot Matrix ) a full color LED DMD Display.

Hallo together; I am new in this Forum, I bought a real pinball machine "HRC" High Roller Casino from Stern, issued in Year 2001. By the way the pinball is a very nice playing pinball.

 

I need your help/support if possible

 

I am looking for the colorization files from the DMD ( a colored Dot Matrix ) a full color LED DMD Display.

 

The files from a real pinball machine / a WCS94 – were it works – (have the suffix: dat, fsq, pal )

 

At the moment is it not possible to get a colored LED DMD for this pinball machine.

 

But maybe it is possible to take the DMD file/s from virtual pinball - and transfer it somehow  in the real pinball machine. ( I hope this is also possible )

Do you know how I could get this kind of colored files from the virtual pinball program ???

Or maybe you know somebody who could help me ???

 

Target :

The files should fit to following system :  PIN2DMD

to put the file/s them into my real pinball machine. That`s my hope.

 

As my technical knowledge is NOT so big.

Still NO! Even if you ask through all available forums... there is:

1. no colorization for high roller casino with pin2dmd hardware

2. no tool to convert colordmd to pin2dmd (Randy would kick all sellers asses immediately, and that absolutely legit!)

3. no tool to convert vni to fsq (hopefully not!!!)

 

 

Your only option currently is to buy a ColorDMD

It all starts with recording all scenes of the pinball machine to use it with the pin2dmd editor.

To do that connect a PC to your PIN2DMD device via USB, install and start PIN2DMD.exe on your PC,

check that you have selected the right mode in pin2dmd.exe (Whitestar) and check the "Create Dump File" checkbox.

No start a game with the glass removed and trigger all events / scenes by hand.

@Terranigma will be happy to add your dumps to the dump projects filelist.
