Force FS mode stopped working, any ideas?

Hello everybody.  I have had a cabinet I build about 3 years ago, and it has always worked like a champ.  Recently I decided to add VR support, and updated my GPU (Radeon software).  It messed up my screen positions in VPX (10.6) but that was an easy fix.  However, the thing that is driving me CRAZY is now the table will not show with Forced full screen mode on.  I have noticed a big difference in lag response with my flippers because of this.

The table will load, but the only way I can see the playfield is to Alt+tab the window and select the playfield.  then it will come to surface.  Obviously, this isn't going to work with loading on my front end, so currently I am using it in frameless window.  Anybody seen this happen yet?  I have tried everything without any success..

Thanks for any ideas, and input!

Ok, so I figured it out - and for anybody who is having this issue here is the fix:

Go to your windows native display properties, hit advanced settings.  Make sure you turn off HDR, and change your frame rate to 60 (mine was 30).  Now, I am sure this wouldn't fit everybody's monitor, mine is a LG OLED 4K.  It has native HDR, but for some reason when it is clicked on in the windows software, it doesn't let me change the refresh rate to 60 hertz, it locks it at 30.  When it is off (the HDR option), I can change the refresh rate back to 60 Htz, but it does take my color quality down to 8 bits instead of 16.  Can I see the difference in quality on the games - Yes.  However, it is slight, and the playability of the game is now 100% better.  I see it as a sacrifice that needs to be made.  Whats the point of super pretty if you can't play it..

Turned out when I updated my GPU driver, it automatically turned on the HDR function.  Now with it clicked off, I can Force Fullscreen, and Force 10 bit with the options in VPX.  Hope this helps anybody else who might have this problem.
