How do I make sure I don't miss a notification that a table/backglass has been updated? "Follow" only works if something is newly added. It does not work if it has been updated. How do I track this? Of course, I can (and do) look daily at the list of recently added files, but it's often the case that a table that has been recently added is fixed several times (bugs reported, quick fixes made). It would be great if "Follow" worked for updates as well.
