All Puppacks Stopped Working

I'm having a very hard time figuring out what went wrong with my puppacks. One day all Puppacks stopped working correctly. The intro video will come on but just plays in infinite loop. No event videos are ever triggered. Can't figure out what happened. It simply just stopped working one day without making any changes to the system. Only thing I can think of is maybe a windows 10 update somewhere, Anybody else have this problem as well?
