DMD with old Tablet

I don't know if anyone already knows it. But for those who have an old tablet lying around and maybe want to have a DMD.

I have a solution or suggestion.

I use my old lenovo tablet as a DMD with the software https://www.spacedesk.net/

Just install it once on windows and on the tablet.I recommend using a cable and turning on USb thethering. That way the connection is more stable than with wifi.

 

 

 

So that the screen does not turn off after 30 minutes.
I used the app "Keep Screen ON".

It can not hurt to turn on in the developer options "do not turn off screen when loading".

 

I also use a third app: BootControl

With it everything starts when switching on and it eliminates the annoying pressing.

At least less. Hope the information helps someone :)
