DOF Config change with PinballX?

I've noticed recently that my strobes are active when browsing tables in PinballX. I don't like this so want to know how to remove it. I looked at the config entry for PinballX in the tables list and the strobes box is empty, so they shouldn't be working anyway, right?

 

I tried an old version of DOFconfig and the strobes are now not working.... so that's good. But I notice there was an update to PinballX in version 3748 by "ffarges" titled "RGB Lockbar config for PinballX".

 

Could something here be causing this issue?
