EVO 128x32 blank screen after DFU flash

I ordered 20 EVO boards from PCBWay. 19 work fine, 1 doesn't. I can power it on, I can enter DFU mode, I can flash to DFU device, but after reset there is nothing on screen and nothing written to the SD card. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
