Theatre of Magic - Left & Right MX Error?

Hey,

 

just wondering if its in error in the DOF config:

on my setup TOM has full length left and right MX effects. For example at the start of the game left and right LEDs turn red completely without the usual positioning of the effect.

Is it supposed to look like that?

If so - is there an easy way to fix that? The "full length" effects dont look good at all and impact the view of the playfield.

On the start of the game my right hand one lights up about 6" at the bottom so no they should not be completely lit

As this only happens with TOM, what should I check?

i checked the dof config file again:

PF Left Effects MX - W15 Red AT0 ADL

PF Right Effects MX - W15 Red AT0 ADL

 

looking at the TOM manual W15 is the shooter lane switch.

So the effect on both sides seems to be correct ...

 

Do you have a older config @outhere ?

to answer my own question - yes in older revisions of the TOM config, the left and right effects arent placed on the whole strip and for example the W15 effect is properly placed at the shooter lane on the right strip.

Sorry yes my would be an older configuration because I change things on the right side on the website so when things are updated mine are never update it

you can simply enter an "@" and wait for the auto complete feature to add the name .. @outhere
