Wheel position problem in Pinup

I personalized Pinup on the Twiligt Zone theme. I would like the whells (image in the form of a circle representing the name of the pinball machine) to appear in the center of the television (see below).

I succeeded in positioning the wheels in the direction of the width thanks to the parameter Margin in pixels, but I did not find the solution to move the whells in the direction of the height. Below are my settings from the Game / Whell Toolbar  :

How do I move the whells in the height direction.
