Can't click "yes" on the VinMAME pop up window

Does anyone know how to "click" the "yes"(left option)button ,when you try to log into much of these games?("Are you legally entitled to play?"box)

The cursor doesn't appear when I scroll over it

In some cases I've pressed Tab once to place the "select outline" around Yes, spacebar to tick Yes, then Enter. See if that works for you.
