Dump help - stern monopoly

Trying to make dumps of my Monopoly game.  I had no problems doing dumps on Johnny Mnemonic. 
 

I am able to make a dump of a TXT file, but there is no RAW file that goes with it.  
 

If I attempt to load the TXT file in the editor, nothing happens. 
 

What am I missing?   I am selecting Stern Whitestar in the Pin2dmd.exe.

You need to gzip the text file. I use 7zip with archive format gzip
