Pin2DMD Editor for creating goDMD clock ani files

I'm pretty new to pin2dmdeditor, but the last couple of month I'm using pin2dmdeditor for creating colored animations for my goDMD clock.
I'm using version 2.5.0.6 build 11.10.2020

I don't use dmp files from the roms, but use colored roms or colored vpin files.
With Freezy's DLL I export them to AVI during playing and try to get as many scenes.
The AVI files I convert to animated GIF (because I was not able to import the AVI files into the editor)

This animated gif I import as a recording in pin2dmd editor.
I cut scenes, remove some scores or unwanted pixels. I save all the single scenes to a folder.
All the single scene's I import again to make a foo.ani file that will play on the clock.

With the older version I use, I noticed that animated gifs with 30fps plays much slower than the original GIF (or AVI).
The "delay" is set for every frame to 0 and if I change it, it will be back to 0
So, I convert all the avi's  that are 30fps to animated gifs to 10fps.
This is for some tables fine, but other tables(roms) uses faster animations and must be higher.

I tried version 29.03.2021 (that also has the 64 bit colors) and the latest version 31.05.2001.
When importing the animated gifs (that are converted from 30fps), they play at the normal speed.

The delay is set per frame (not adjustable).
But during the scene cutting , it loose the palette for some reason.
I can add the palette to the scene again and save the file
I can also convert it to RGB and the colors are there.

But exporting to a foo.ani (for the clock) , it looks like the export is screwing up to format and the foo.ani isn't recognized on the clock and also cannot be imported into the editor anymore

launching old version  2.5.0.6 build 11.10.2020, I can import the ani scenes (and converted to rgb scenes).

The speed is 30fps, colors looks fine, but if I export the foo.ani file (that is working fine), the colors of the scene isn't correct any more

This is only happening when I import the scenes from the new version to the old one. (even when selecting, save as old version)

Does anyone know how to fix this color issue ?
or
Does any has still version of pin2dmdeditor between  11.10.2020 and 31.05.2001 that will still work to create a correct foo.ani ?

Here is a small Video of the 30fps on the clock.
Checkpoint is mostly red and yellow and shows fine, but the scenes from Who Dunnit are the same colors
Here is another video, with scenes I created on the same way (only used editor version  11.10.2020) .

Colors are fine (maybe not on the video good to see), but videos created and run on 10fps (these animations are showing good on 10fps)
