Rerunning Pinup Baller Installer

I have reinstalled my machine using the Baller Installer and have a question about rerunning the install.

 

I have a regular dmd right now but after exploring all the things that a 16:9 dmd can provide I got excited and went ahead and bought one. Once that is hooked up can I rerun the baller and just change the format for my DMD? Will it correctly apply that change to the emulators or will I need to do something else? I plan to back up my tables, roms, and recordings folders before running incase it gets mucked up.
